2025 Hatch Africa Annual Impact Report

Hatch Africa is pleased to share our 2025 Annual Impact report. In 2025, Hatch Africa (Hatch) achieved significant growth across its six markets, advancing its mission to make smallholder farmers healthier and wealthier:

• Sold 63.5 million day-old chicks (DOCs) to 2.6 million smallholder farmers (SHFs)

• Supported 43,567 agents, including 13,978 women and 15,969 youth (under 35)

• Supplied rural food systems with 5.1 billion eggs and 134 million kg of meat

• Grew its team from 3,483 to 4,356, including full-time staff and field teams

Behind these numbers are farmers building more resilient livelihoods, families gaining access to nutritious poultry products, and entrepreneurs creating income through the Hatch Africa model. Read the full report here!
